Product Guarantee

TacSol stands behind the quality and performance of every product we manufacture.

GUARANTEE PERIOD

All TacSol products are backed by a one (1) year, no-cost inspection period from the original date of purchase. During this time, TacSol will inspect and service your product once at no charge to ensure it meets our standards of workmanship and reliability.

After the initial one-year period, inspection and service requests may be subject to standard service and shipping fees. However, TacSol will continue to stand behind its craftsmanship—any issues determined to be the result of defects in materials or workmanship will be addressed at TacSol’s discretion at no cost to the customer, regardless of when they arise.

TRANSFERABILITY

This guarantee is fully transferable and applies to the product regardless of ownership during the life of the product.

DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS

This guarantee applies only in part to products that have been discontinued.

The One Year No-Cost Inspection Period is only valid for products discontinued two years or less prior to the date of purchase.

In the event your TacSol product has been discontinued, we guarantee a supply a parts for a period not less than seven years after the date of final manufacture. After this time, TacSol is unable to guarantee the availability of replacement components and parts.

  • If service or repair is required, and original parts or components are no longer available, TacSol reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to
    • Repair the product using functionally equivalent parts;
    • Replace the product with a current model of comparable function or value; or
    • Provide a reasonable alternative remedy which is consistent with the terms of this Product Guarantee
  • Any replacement product / part provided may differ in design, specifications, or appearance from the original product, but will be of equal or greater functional value.

EXCLUSIONS

This guarantee does not cover the following

  • Misuse
  • Abuse
  • Unauthorized user modifications
  • Improper storage
  • Use of improper ammunition
  • Normal wear and tear
